FRIT SEALING SYSTEM

摘要

A frit sealing system is provided to improve quality of sealing by generating laser of uniform quality through homogenizer. A frit sealing system bonds a first substrate and a second substrate through a frit. The frit sealing system includes a laser oscillating device(123), a beam fiber(125), a homogenizer(127), and a condensing lens(129). The laser oscillating device oscillates a laser beam. The laser oscillating device is a bundle type multi core source. The beam fiber transmits the laser beam from the laser oscillating device to the homogenizer. The homogenizer uniformizes intensity in a cross section of the laser beam. The homogenizer is a multimode optical fiber, an optical pipe, or a fly-eye lens.
