PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mechanism for interlocking assembly jointing a main shift lever 13 and a steering wheel 10 with HST mechanisms 53, 54 for advancing and turning in a traveling vehicle, such as a combined harvester and thresher that can be driven (maneuvered) in operation feeling similar to the feeling for a four-wheel vehicle. SOLUTION: A single control body rotatable around two axes orthogonally crossing to each other is built in a housing box 120. It rotates around a longitudinal axis by operation of the steering wheel 10, and rotates around a lateral axis by operation of the main shift lever 13. A turn output shaft 164 and an intermediate shaft 155 are turnably supported by the shafts in the housing box 120 to substantially position both axes on the same plane. The housing box 120 is placed on the lower surface side of a step floor member 111 that forms a floor surface of a maneuvering part 9 to position near both the HST mechanisms 53, 54 positioned between right and left traveling crawlers 2.
