PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device can certainly maintain the floating up state from a rail of a rear wheel in an automatic track-cycle. SOLUTION: An arm piece 6 is projectedly provided o both ends of a turning shaft 5 laterally laid at the rear wheel 1' side of a vehicle body 2 received/supported on the rail R by a pair of front and rear wheels 1, 1' respectively while corresponding to the rail R. An operation rod 8 approaching/leaving a turning element 7 from the rail R by moving the turning element 7 provided on a distal end of the arm piece 6 to front and rear sides of the turning shaft 5 is standably/fallably mounted to any one end of the turning shaft at a base part. Further, a locking piece 14 ascending in resistant to urging of a spring by operation of a locking-release lever 21 is provided on the operation rod 8. A receiving means 16 with which a distal end 14a of the locking piece 14 is engaged in a standing/falling direction of the operation rod 8 is provided on the vehicle body 2.
