PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an rotation and revolution system agitation defoaming apparatus in which the temperature of a material can be adjusted. SOLUTION: The agitation defoaming apparatus 1 includes: a vessel holder 30 which is fit to a rotating body 20 in a predetermined position so as to be freely rotated on its axis and revolves around the axis of the rotating body when the rotating body is rotated; and a housing vessel 100 which is held by the vessel holder 30 and rotated on its axis when the vessel holder is rotated and in which the material M is housed.
