A soy flour slurry and method of providing the same are provided to easily stabilize the particles of soybeans. A soy flour slurry is composed of (i)10-60wt% of defatted soy flour, (ii)0.2-4wt% of water-soluble polymer dispersing agent and (iii)water. The water-soluble polymer dispersing agent is polymerized using ethylenically unsaturated monomers and shows molecular weight of 1,000 ~ 20,000. The soy flour slurry has viscosity of 2,000cps at 25°C. The water-soluble polymer dispersing agent represents homopolymer or copolymer including polymerization units derived from one or more polymers selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid, (meth)acrylate, maleic acid, their anhydrides and their salts. The water-soluble polymer dispersing agent is comprised of aqueous-phosphorus-containing polymers. The molecular weight of the water-soluble polymer dispersing agent is less than 10,000.
