A warm press machine is provided to maintain the quality of magnesium plate materials by providing uniform temperature over the part of the magnesium plate material to be molded. A warm press machine comprises a press body(10), an upper press(20), and a lower press(30). The press body comprises an upper bed(11) penetrated by a first hydraulic cylinder(12) in the vertical direction, and a lower bed(15) having a shape protruding to the front and embedded with a second hydraulic cylinder. The first hydraulic cylinder has a cylinder rod protruded on the bottom and a bracket on the end of the cylinder rod. The cylinder rod has a bracket on the end and vertically moves. The second hydraulic cylinder has a cylinder rod which is protruded from the top of the lower bed and moves vertically.
