A bone compression device for kyphoplasty is provided to expand an expandable structure uniformly by forming a plurality of adhesion units in the expandable structure spirally. A bone compression device for kyphoplasty includes an expandable structure(150) and an injector(160). The expandable structure is made of elastic material. The expandable structure is expanded when supplying the expanded fluid. The expandable structure is contracted when the expandable fluid is contracted. A plurality of adhesion units(151) are formed in the circumference of the expandable structure. The injector is connected to the expandable structure. The injector includes a piston rod(140) and a key control knob(110). The injector controls the piston rod by rotating the key control knob clockwise or counter clockwise.
