A wire and wireless internet relay equipment and a system thereof capable of constructing the system are provided to transmit and receive the RF signal of wireless internet in shadow area which radio frequency environment is weak. A wire and wireless internet relay equipment(100) includes a first input-output terminal, a second input-output terminal, a signal mixer, and a signal separation unit. The first input-output terminal connects with a first LAN cable. The second input-output terminal connects with a second LAN cable. The wired internet signal inputted from the second input-output terminal is synthesized and outputs to the first input-output terminal. The signal separation unit disassembles the combined signal inputted from the first input-output terminal. The wireless internet signal outputs to antenna and the wired internet signal outputs to the second input-output terminal.
