A control box and an outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprising the same are provided to effectively cool automotive electric parts installed inside the control box. A control box(200) comprises one or more air inlets, one or more air outlets(213), and one or more guide members(220,230). Air is flowed into the control box through the air inlet. The air inhaled through the air inlet is discharged to the outside through the air outlet. The air inhaled through the air inlet is segmented and flown by the guide member.
