METHOD OF PREPARING A COLOR FILTER AND AN INK FOR COLOR FILTER

A method of preparing a color filter and an ink for color filter are provided to improve the quality of image by suppressing the unbalanced of the line width or the thickness between chromatic layers having the other color. A blanket for printing(2) is rotated along with the surface of a first intaglio(1). A first ink(4) which the concave part(3) of the first intaglio is charged is transferred to the surface of for print blanket. An ink pattern(6) of the first tint is formed by transferring the first ink in the surface of the transparent substrate(5). By rotating for print blanket according to the surface of the second intaglio(7) the second ink(8) which the concave part of the second intaglio is charged is transferred to the surface of for print blanket. The ink pattern(9) of the second tint is formed by transferring the second ink in the surface of the transparent substrate. By rotating for print blanket according to the surface of the third intaglio(10) the third ink(11) which the concave part of the third intaglio is charged is transferred to the surface of for print blanket. The ink pattern(12) of the third tint is formed by transferring the third ink in the surface of the transparent substrate. The ink patterns of the third color tub through the first are flattened by a roller(13). The chromatic layer which has the different color by plasticizing the flattened ink patterns as described above is formed.
