A manufacturing method of bamboo charcoal with high mineral content using deep-ocean water, and a method for using the bamboo charcoal are provided to impregnate mineral in bamboo by dipping the bamboo in deep-ocean water and to use bamboo charcoal made of the mineral-impregnated bamboo for reforming water into microclustered water having excellent freshness. A manufacturing method of bamboo charcoal with high mineral content using deep-ocean water comprises the steps of processing deep-ocean water, impregnating mineral in bamboo, and manufacturing a bamboo charcoal. The treatment of deep-ocean water is carried out by reverse osmosis of pre-processed deep-ocean water. The mineral impregnation is carried out by dipping cut bamboo in the pre-processed or concentrated deep-ocean water. The bamboo charcoal is manufactured by coking the bamboo charcoal dried to have a water content of 12~15wt% in a bamboo charcoal oven and pulverizing the coked bamboo charcoal. |
