A garment equipped with an air respiratory device is provided, in which convenience of use can be improved by equipping with an air storage chamber for reverse washing. A garment equipped with an air respiratory device comprises: a mask(2) which is worn on the facial area of a wearer; a filter(4) which is connected to the mask through a supply tube(3) and purifies the air; and an air storage chamber(6) in which the air ejected from the mask is stored and which shakes off the dust accumulated in filter elements(44,45) by reversely discharging the stored exhaust air to the filter by pressure. The air storage chamber is received into the front pocket and is equipped with a first hose(5) connected to the exhaust pipe(21) of the mask, a second hose(7) connected to the supply tube, and valves respectively installed at the first and the second hose.
