The present invention relates to a touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch screen is manufactured by using the small number of masks to decrease an alignment error. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the touch screen panel includes: a substrate; first sensing electrodes formed on the substrate in a first direction; second sensing electrodes formed on the substrate in a second direction; and an insulation film arranged at intersections of the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes. The insulation film is patterned to be in the shape of a line in the first direction or second direction to be crossed with the first or second sensing electrodes.
