A soundproof panel is provided to absorb a noise produced from a road and to prevent the formation of gap between the upper and lower finishing panels. A soundproof panel(1) comprises a sound-absorbing material(100) having a rectangular shape of specific thickness and filled in the soundproof panel to absorb a noise, upper finishing panel(200) which is covered on the top of the sound-absorbing material and has joint projections(210) formed longitudinally on both ends of width direction of the bottom, a lower finishing panel(300) which is covered on the bottom of the sound-absorbing material and has joint projections(310) formed longitudinally on both ends of width direction of the top opposite to the upper finishing panel, a front panel which is covered on the front side of the sound-absorbing material as upper and lower ends are joined to the front joint projections of the upper and lower finishing panels and has sound-absorbing holes(410,411) on the front side, and a rear panel(500) which is covered on the rear side of the sound-absorbing material as upper and lower ends are joined to the rear joint projections of the upper and lower finishing panels.
