<p>PURPOSE: A transfer coil detecting device by using a weight is provided to operate stably regardless of surrounding temperature, and to detect the coil transferred on a chain conveyor accurately and stably by turning with the coil and returning with the weight. CONSTITUTION: A transfer coil detecting device is composed of a turn supporting bar(10); a turn supporting shaft(20) installed to the turn supporting bar and arranged in a line with the width of the coil transfer passage; a turning arm(30) rotated and installed in the turn supporting shaft by a bearing; a roller(40) installed in the end of the turning arm with idling; a weight(50) fixed in the end of the turning arm; and a sensor(60) detecting rotation of the turning arm. Turn supporting shaft installation holes are formed in the turn supporting bar. The life span is extended, and the abrasion resistance is improved with idling and installing the roller in the contact portion of the coil.</p> |
