A down jacket and a manufacturing method of the down jacket are provided, which enable to prevent the down from being separated from the stitch sequence of the down compartment. A manufacturing method of the down jacket comprises: a step(170) for setting up the tape guide guiding the high density fabric tape in the sewing table after preparing the outer cloth and lining; a step(171) for tacking the high density fabric tape along each finishing line of the outer cloth and lining cloth; a step(173) for forming a down compartment by sewing the outer cloth, lining, and high density fabric tape; a step(176) for completing the quarter panel by injecting the down in down compartments formed in the quarter panel; and a jacket formation step(177) for forming the down jacket by connecting each quarter panel. |
