The invention relates to the building products industry, in particular to the structural design of a cladding panel. The inventive panel comprises a base which includes a metal material layer and is provided, on the side of the outer surface thereof, with recesses which form the decorative element of the panel. The novelty of the panel consists in that the base comprises at least two layers, that are outer and inner layers joined to each other, and in that a cavity filled with a sound-absorbing material is formed between the layers. The invention makes it possible to provide acoustic resistance and to reduce the outer layer thickness.
