An FRP(Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic) boat with an interchangeable superstructure is provided to mount different superstructures on the same boat so that the user can select and mount a desired superstructure freely at relatively low cost. An FRP boat comprises a hull of FRP material, a deck(20), and a superstructure(30). The superstructure is detachably mounted on the deck. One of the lower part of the superstructure and the upper side of the deck has a pin hole(62), while the other has a pin(80) fit into the pin hole.
