Provided is a circuit which makes a bias for regulating a threshold available over a wide range, spreads the amplitude of an input voltage to a semiconductor differential amplifier from a power supply potential to a ground potential, and ensures operation automatically in the saturation region of a differential pair while removing the in-phase component in the entire voltage range. A semiconductor differential amplifier is characterized in that the first gates of two four-terminal fin type FETs serve as an input of differential pair, second gates of the four-terminal fin type FETs are interconnected, and a signal decreasing monotonously for the input in-phase component is inputted. |
