The objects of the present invention are a fixture for use in microsystems, particularly for the self-adjusting installation and fixture of micro-channel plates, and a device, comprising at least one fixture according to the invention and a micro-channel plate. The fixture according to the invention comprises - structures made of a conductive material for accommodating a component of the microsystem, which are mounted on a non-conductive carrier, - spring-loaded structures, which position the component in a self-adjusting manner and simultaneously carry out electrical contacting, and - at least one stop for positioning the component.
