The device has two detecting layers in two axes separated from an insulating layer. Nodal points of traces are placed on directional traces of the axes, coupled to a conducting circuit made of silver at an edge of a panel and branched to a row of signal output wires (6) to transmit detected signals of the panel to the circuit and process the signals. The directional traces of one of the axes comprise transparent traces arranged in parallel at a same distance as the directional traces of the other axis, where the traces of the axes are vertically crossed and prevented from being separated. The detecting layers are indium-tin oxide films.
