PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that a contact plate for a pantograph can be employed on all of its surface area and can be utilized until the contact plate is worn out to some extent, because the center of the conventional contact plate is remarkably worn out and its improvement on the use of unused portions on both ends thereof is required as soon as possible for a viewpoint of utilization. SOLUTION: The circular contact plate 1 for the pantograph is fixedly mounted to a collector frame 5 by fixtures 3 and bolts 4. As a newly designed contact plate 1 for the pantograph is formed in a circular shape for the purpose of positional rotation at full angle, the utilization of unused portions can be expected on all surface until it is fully consumed, thereby solving the subject matter.
