PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poultice plastering implement with a function added to a conventionally known back-scratcher, the function allowing a user to accurately and freely plaster a poultice to the affected site by him-/herself in order to overcome the following problem: it is difficult to plaster the poultice on the back by him-/herself while there are so many things not performed without getting help from another for many living-alone people such as aged or unmarried people existing these days. SOLUTION: A rotatable cylindrical roller and an outer case to support the roller are equipped on a grip part in a shaft of a back-scratcher and an implement body is suitably angled so that the roller can be tightly in contact with the back. The back side of a poultice from which a protect sheet is peeled off is attached along the outer periphery of the roller and both ends of the poultice are temporarily fasten on upper and lower insides of the outer periphery case using the tackiness of the poultice surface. The user can easily plaster poultice on the back without getting help from the other by attaching the roller on an affected site on the back etc., and vertically moving and rolling the roller.
