A coating device is provided to prevent the coating uniformity caused by the vibration of air generated at the downstream where a coating solution is coated on a supporter from a die, thereby reducing the generation of the defective products. A coating device discharges a coating solution from a slot die(18) toward the surface of long supporter continuously moving and coats a coating solution on the long supporter to form a coating film(20), wherein a vibration-damping member(52) for damping the air vibration is formed at the downstream side of the coating position. The vibration-damping member is arranged on the surface of the slot die and on the surface facing with the coating film.
