LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE PANELS USING EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE BEADS CONTAINED GRAPHITE

A light concrete panel using a graphite foam polystyrene bead is provided to lighten a product by making the thickness of the panel thin and to improve the thermal conductivity and the thermal ability. A light concrete panel using a graphite foam polystyrene bead manufacturing method comprises: a step preparing the mixture mixed with bottom ash, cement and expanded polystyrene beads; a step of injecting the mixture into a mold; a step of curing the mixture injected in the mold frame; a step of separating the mixture from the mold; a step of curing the mixture separated from the mold; and a step of assembling the mixture and separated mold after cleaning.
