A multi-stage pressure type friction clutch and a tractor transmission having the clutch are provided to minimize the transmission shock by firstly operating a hydraulic clutch in the low pressure and secondly operating a hydraulic clutch in the high pressure. A multi-stage pressure type friction clutch(300) is composed of a clutch casing(310), a plurality of friction plates(211,221) and a pressure plate. The clutch casing is installed to rotate in an output shaft(200) in one body. The friction plates are installed at a first output shaft gear(210) and a second output shaft gear(220). The pressure plate is arranged between the friction plates, and is combined to rotate in the clutch casing into one body. First and second pistons(320,330) are installed within both sides of the clutch casing, and push/release the pressure plate to/from the friction plates. The first and second supply flow paths(201,202) are formed in first and second pressure rooms of the first and second pistons.
