A device for regenerating inner and outer races of a constant velocity joint is provided to form a uniform dense coating on the inner and outer races using a half-automated jig for distributing special alloy powder evenly. A device for regenerating inner and outer races of a constant velocity joint comprises a thermal spray device(200), a jig and driving unit(300), a support(100) and a control panel(114). The jig and driving unit holds an outer or inner race of the constant velocity joint to be rotatable. The support fixes the thermal spray device and the jig and driving unit while supporting them. The control panel controls the thermal spray device and the jig and driving unit. The thermal spray device comprises a moving block(202), a mounting plate(204), a spray block(206), a spray nozzle(210), a hopper(212), a spray regulation block, an oxygen gas connection nozzle(216), an acetylene gas connection nozzle(218), an oxygen gas control valve(220), an acetylene gas control valve(222), and an operation lever(224). The and driving unit comprises a motor(302), a rotary shaft(306), a worm gear(308), a cooling fin(314), and an outer race jig(310) or inner race jig.
