SEPARATION COLUMN AND LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPH

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation column with the monolith rod which breaks a monolith rod and achieves a transmission of a liquid at a high pressure without use of a resin coating material.

SOLUTION: A liquid is transmitted at the high pressure by building the monolith rod (a monolithic silica rod) 1 formed into a tapered-columnar shape, onto a clad whose inner shape is machined into the tapered-columnar shape.
