<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin film with an uneven pattern formed on the surface and negligible optical distortion. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the resin film 11 includes the following procedures: to insert a molten transparent resin extruded from a die 2 in a film shape and introduce the molten transparent resin between a first cooling roll 3 made up of a rubber roll or a metal elastic roll and a second cooling roll 4 made up of a metal roll with an uneven pattern formed on the outer circumferential surface and then transfer the uneven pattern of the second cooling roll 4; to wind the transparent resin around the second cooling roll 4; and then to take up the transparent resin by a take-up roll 6 and thus obtain the resin film with an uneven pattern formed on the surface. In addition, the relationship of the surface temperature (T) of the second cooling roll 4 to the heat deformation temperature (Th) of the transparent resin, is defined to the range of (Th-80°C)≤T≤(Th-20°C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
