PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the correction of pixels in which well contact is arranged, and to reduce a linear noise. SOLUTION: In an amplification type image pickup device where well contact is arranged in each of a plurality of pixels, second wiring is arranged in second pixels which are adjacent to first pixels having well contact to which a voltage is supplied by first wiring, where any well contact is not arranged.
