PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building using a glass structure having an air layer between two glasses as an outer wall material partitioning the outside and inside of the building, which is designed to attain energy saving while using advantages of a double skin system. SOLUTION: The building comprises: supports 14 for supporting two glasses 11 and 12 respectively; air supply openings 161-163 connected to the air layer 13; exhaust openings 171 and 172 connected to the air layer 13, which are provided separately from the air supply openings 161-163; and a heating element 15 provided on either one of the two glasses 11 and 13, the element absorbing solar light and generating heat.
