摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger improving heat transfer between fins arranged between tubes, and a fluid flowing around the fins. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises a core part where a refrigerant flowing in from a refrigerant inflow port exchanges heat with the surrounding air. The core part comprises a plurality of tubes 8 arranged with spaces to allow the refrigerant to flow inside, and the fins 9 arranged in air passages 12 formed between the tubes 8 arranged adjacently to allow the air to flow around them. The fin 9 has a louver 9a located in the center part of a sectional direction of the air passages 12 and extended in the flow direction of air to accelerate heat exchange between the refrigerant and air. The outer surfaces of the tubes 8 located on both sides of the louver 9a are provided with passage resistance parts 8a formed in projecting shape toward the center part side in the sectional direction of the air passage 12 by carrying out forming work to the material of the tube 8.
