| 摘要 |
A method for predicting the congenital defects of multifactor origin comprises the genetic examination of blood serum of the woman planning for a pregnancy. Immunoenzyme assays for detoxifying enzymes are performed (glutathione-S-transferase, GSTml, NAT2). Null genotype as to the above enzymes is suggestive of the risk of the congenital defects. |
