FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions group is related to chewing gum compositions. Inventions groups provides for the first object - chewing composition containing propolis extract, wax and cedar tar. Components are taken in the following ratio, wt %: wax - 68; propolis extract - 25; cedar tar - the rest. The second inventions group object is chewing composition production method providing for cedar tar to be filtered by putting on the net with two layers of gauze or calico and rendering on water-vapour bath at 80120 degrees. Filtered tar is warmed up till 8095 degrees, wax is added, mixed, cooled till 5060 degrees. Propolis extract is added and mixed, cooled down till 3040 degrees. Obtained mass is formed as a plate or binder and divided into separate granulae. ^ EFFECT: obtained composition is soft in the beginning of chewing which makes it convenient for using; it also makes optimal load upon gums and chewing muscles, general health-improving properties, caries, alveolar pyorrhoea and canker preventing properties, has low price and characteristics stability including microbiological cleaness of obtained product. ^ 3 cl, 1 ex |
