PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-drip member for a building exterior part without damaging the appearance due to a raindrop stain on a hanging part. SOLUTION: A coping member A is mounted on a top end of a spandrel wall handrail B composed of an ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) panel formed around the periphery of an outside corridor of an upstairs. The coping member A is made of aluminum, has an almost U-shaped cross section and is composed of hanging parts 2, 2' suspending from a summit 1 and both ends of the summit 1. A plurality of horizontal extruded grooves 3 are formed at equal pitches on the front face of the hanging parts 2, 2'. The groove 3 has a V-shaped cross section and its width and depth are even while being precisely cut in the front face without leaving flat face on the hanging parts 2, 2', so as to form a saw-like shape on the vertical section.
