PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a reproduction signal from an optical disk with inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: A signal processing device includes a means for generating a wobble signal, a means for generating a clock by multiplying a frequency of a control signal, a multiplication means for generating a signal having a frequency corresponding the wobble signal based on the clock and for outputting a signal in accordance with phase difference between the wobble signal and the clock by multiplication-processing the generated signal and the wobble signal, an AD converting part converting the output of the multiplication means to a digital signal, a serial converting part for outputting the AD-converted digital signal as serial data, a receiving means for inputting the serial data outputted from the AD converting part and detecting a digital signal in accordance with phase difference between the wobble signal and the clock, a means for detecting phase difference between the wobble signal and the clock based on the detected digital signal, and a means for generating a control signal synchronized with the wobble signal in accordance with the detected phase difference and outputting it to a clock generating means.
