PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat which can be shifted to a seatable state and a folding state by a small force. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat 1 comprises a spring part 7 for forward tilting which flips up a rear end side of a seat part 2, urges the seat part 2 in a forwardly tilting direction, and shifts the seat part from a seatable state to a folding state, a spring part 25 for return which has the spring force for constantly urging a backrest part 3 in a backwardly moving direction, and returning the backrest part from the folding state to the seatable state, and a spring force adjusting unit 31 for adjusting the spring force of the spring part 7 for forward tilting or the spring force of the spring part 25 for return. The spring force adjusting unit 31 maintains the spring force of the spring part 7 for forward tilting to be equal to or more than the spring force of the spring part 25 for return in the seatable state.
