A device for cleaning tuberous roots consists of an inclined feed rod conveyer, arranged on a main frame, a cleaner as a rotary hollow truncated cone made of steel as a pressure spring. On a central supporting shaft a spiral screw is rigidly mounted. It is made of elastic polymer materials with the coiling direction forwarded in the direction of moving of a technological production, a blanket cleaner and an unloading conveyer. On the central supporting rotary shaft of the cleaner a rod with rollers at the ends is rigidly fixed. It is arranged as inclined one as regards to the axle of the shaft. A lower disk holder of the immovable resilient body of the cleaner is arranged on a spherical joint in such a manner as to allow a free turning of the holder under effect of the rollers on the rod as regards to the geometrical centre of said joint. |
