<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device for enhancing operability by improving responsiveness of an operation panel, when initializing an operation condition. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device 1 includes a parameter storage part 10 for storing a parameter of defining the operation condition of the device, a parameter updating part 11 for updating-storing the parameter, based on an operation of an optional operation key, a display processing part 13 for outputting the operation condition to be displayed on a display part, based on the parameter, and an initialization processing part 14 for initializing the parameter, based on a reset command, the parameter storage part 10 includes a plurality of data storage areas 15, and a pointer area 16 for storing a value of a pointer for assigning anyone of the respective data storage areas 15, and the initialization processing part 14 updates the pointer to assign the data storage area 15 stored with the initialized parameter, based on the reset command, and initializes the parameter in the data storage area 15 assigned by the pointer before updated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
