PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door catcher structure ensuring a necessary space for opening/closing a door, and improving strength to a load applied on the door from the outside. SOLUTION: The door catcher structure 11 transmits a load to a second engaging member 54 of a vehicle body engaged from a first engaging member 53 of the door, when the load is applied on the door from the outside of a vehicle. The second engaging member 54 includes an annular fitting opening portion 71 having an opening peripheral end 76 with a U-shaped cross section engaging the first engaging member 53 so as to range from a base flange portion 72 mounted on the vehicle body. When the first engaging member 53 pulls the fitting opening portion 71 of the second engaging member 54 by the load applied on the door, the load is applied on a standing portion 78 of the opening peripheral end 76.
