A working wheel of rotary-blade hydro-machine has a body with bottom connected to hollow shaft with rods; rotary blades; blade seals; oil distributor with rods; servo-motor connected by means of rods to oil receiver, with rod in which channel is provided; pipe placed in the rods, connected to channel in the rod and directed to oil receiver; rod seal between the cavities of the body and servo-motor with unloading cavity connected to draining cavity of the shaft; bearings in friction units that work without lubricant; oil that is filled by 5…15% of volume of cavity of the body and device for diagnostics of state of medium in cavity of the body. In the channel of the rod a tube is additionally installed, this is connected to the tube in the rods. In the rods if oil distributor tube is additionally installed, this surrounds the tube placed in the rods. In carrier sleeves of oil distributor channels are provided. Servo-motor rod seal of is arranged as two rows of seal sleeves with shell between those. In the rod body channels are provided in zone of placement of tightening by rod.
