<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire enhanced in steering stability while reducing weight by using an inner liner layer including a film formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition formed by blending the thermoplastic resin and an elastomer. <P>SOLUTION: In this pneumatic tire, a carcass layer 4 is installed between a pair of bead parts 3, 3, and a belt layer 6 is disposed on the outer periphery of the carcass layer 4. The inner liner layer 7 including the film formed of the thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic elastomer composition formed by blending the thermoplastic resin and the elastomer is disposed along the inner surface of the carcass layer 4. The inner liner layer 7 is curled up, from the inner to the outer side of the tire, around a bead core 5 embedded in each bead part 3.
