PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical antivibration device capable of effectively exerting required antivibration characteristic and stopper effect, and inexpensively manufacturable. SOLUTION: This cylindrical antivibration device is structured such that a body rubber elastic body 16 is composed by including a cylindrical part 34 separately arranged around a shaft member 12, and a connection part 32 connecting the shaft member 12 to the cylindrical part 34; stopper part formation members 50 and 52 having stopper parts 36 and 38 are fitted to through-holes 44 and 46 formed on the cylindrical part 34 to form an assembly 26; the assembly 26 is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of an outer tube member 14 and thereby the shaft member 12 is connected to the outer tube member 14 by the body rubber elastic body 16; and the stopper parts 36 and 38 are positioned protrusively toward the shaft member 12 side from the outer tube member 14 side in void parts 28 and 30 formed on the body rubber elastic body 16.
