PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize effects on display results even if there is not enough time to draw a single scene. SOLUTION: A display apparatus has a drawing means for drawing a rectangular area, a determination means for determining another rectangular area to be drawn preferentially in the former rectangular area, another drawing means for drawing only the latter rectangular area, a time determination means for determining whether or not the former drawing means can complete drawing when drawing a single scene, and a selection means for selecting the former drawing means for the rendering if the time determination means determines that the drawing can be completed, or if not, selecting the latter drawing means for the drawing.
