PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management device for easily confirming a final result when information has been transferred several times, and easily confirming even a transfer process as history information as necessary. SOLUTION: This information management device 100 for managing reception information transmitted from a user terminal 205 and transmission information transmitted to the user terminal 205 is provided with: a history data part 250 for storing information transmitted and received to/from the user terminal 205 as history information; a latest data part 260 for dividing the information transmitted and received to/from the user terminal 205 into one or a plurality of items, and for storing the latest information of the information; a transmission/reception part 210 for transmitting and receiving the reception information and the transmission information; a tag application part 220 for dividing the reception information and/or the transmission information into one or the plurality of items, and for applying the tag information to each item; an association part 240 for making the applied tag information associated with one or the plurality of items in the latest information; and a latest information updating means for updating the latest information based on the association result.
