PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather-resistant, gas-barrier film which maintains a high peel strength and excellent gas-barrier properties at high temperature and high humidity in an ultraviolet-irradiated environment. SOLUTION: The gas-barrier film has a base film, a weather-resistant coating layer formed on at least one side of the base film, and a thin inorganic film formed on the surface of the coat layer. The weather-resistant coating layer contains an acrylic copolymer having at least one group selected from the group consisting of an ultraviolet-stable group, an ultraviolet-absorbent group, and a cyclic alkyl group.
