PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the operation of a piezoelectric layer by reducing the difference of voltage drop between electrodes provided in a piezoelectric actuator. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric actuator 12 includes an individual electrode 42, a top layer 21, an upper constant potential electrode 46, an intermediate layer 22, a lower constant potential electrode 50 and a bottom layer 24. The upper constant potential electrode 46 is connected to a first common conductive part 45 extending in the nozzle array direction X, and the opposite ends of the first common conductive part 45 are connected to a second common conductive part 47, to constitute a first electrode coupling body 55. The opposite ends of the lower constant potential electrode 50 extending in the nozzle array direction X are connected to a third common conductive part 51, to constitute a second electrode coupling body 56. The constant potential electrode connection part of a flexible wiring plate 13 is constituted of a first connection land 32, extended in the nozzle array direction X, to which one electrode coupling body having a less voltage drop of either the first electrode coupling body 55 or the second electrode coupling body 56 is connected, and of second connection lands 34, 34, arranged on both sides of the first connection land 32, to which the other electrode coupling body is connected.
