PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission type screen capable of preventing scintillation and suppressing the deterioration of brightness in the horizontal direction to the utmost when using a device such as an LCD and a DMD as an image source. SOLUTION: The transmission type screen comprises: a Fresnel lens sheet 11 in which a large number of cylindrical first lenses 12 extended in the vertical direction Y are formed in the horizontal direction X on one side surface and a Fresnel lens 13 is formed on the other side surface; and a lenticular lens sheet 21 at least having one or more of light diffusion layers 22.
