PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite which can effectively manufacture a resin-molded part showing high adhesion to a metallic member, can prevent deformation or breakage of the resin-molded part, separation between the resin-molded part and the metallic member and the like when the composite is accompanied by heat history, and can show excellence in thermal resistance and heat radiation, and to provide a substrate for mounting an LED and a reflector for mounting the LED.

SOLUTION: The resin-molded part of the composite is made by arranging the metallic member 11 surface-treated with a triazine-based compound in a mold 3, and injection-molding a resin composition containing 15 to 80 mass% of a thermoplastic resin containing at least one kind of a thioether bond, an amide bond, an ester bond and an ether bond and 20 to 85 mass% of boron nitride.
