PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition having excellent lubricity, inexpensive as compared with a fluorine-based grease, and having heat resistance exceeding 160°C and fluidity at a very low temperature close to -40°C in combination, and to provide a rolling bearing well operating even at a high temperature exceeding 160°C and the very low temperature close to -40°C, and having long life. SOLUTION: The grease composition is obtained by compounding a base oil prepared by mixing an alkyl diphenyl ether oil obtained by mixing two kinds of diphenyl ether oils with a polyα-olefin oil in a mixing ratio (mass ratio) of [alkyl diphenyl ether oil:polyα-olefin oil=(20:80)-(80:20)], and having a 60-110 mm<SP>2</SP>/s kinematic viscosity at 40°C with an aromatic diurea compound as a thickener in an amount of 5-40 mass%.
